  • Regular- Via Courier: Shipments are shipped via Pahatid.PH. It will take 3-5 working days.

  • Express Pick Up- Via Pick Up Method in Quezon City Office (Pin: Private Storey HQ): The customer books the shipment after 2 to 3 business days upon ordering. This can also be the day itself (Same-day Delivery) depending on availability of the product for the day. You will receive a text message on the day itself when the order is ready for pick up. You can pick it up yourself or book via Lalamove, Grab, etc. It takes same-day to 3 working days.

  • Note: You may experience delay due to high volume of shipments by our courier during in some days with high volume of orders and this also includes holidays such as Valentine’s day, Mother’s day and Christmas.

  • Greater Metro Manila includes Paranaque, Muntinlupa, Caloocan, Las Pinas, Malabon, Pasay, Valenzuela, etc. 

Provincial 

  • Regular- Via Courier: Shipments are shipped via JRS Express. It will take 7-10 working days.

  • You may experience delay due to high volume of shipments by our courier during holidays such as Black Friday Sale, Valentine’s day, Mother’s day and Christmas.
