Payment Method

PAYPAL

• To use this option, upon reaching payment method, tick Paypal and “complete your order.”

• Payment is processed through Paypal Express Checkout. Please note that you should have a Paypal account. If you do not have and would like to use Paypal as a mode of payment, you would need to create an account.

• We accept both Debit & Credit Cards processed by Paypal (For Philippine Peso or other International Currencies) or Paymongo (For Philippine Peso only)

• You can also use your ATM card (which is your debit card) from savings account instead of doing online transfers. It will instantly deduct the amount on your account.

• No minimum required.

• To use this option, upon reaching payment method, tick Paypal and “complete your order.”

• Payment is processed through Paypal Express Checkout. Please note that you DO NOT need to sign up for a Paypal account if you don't have one. Simply click for the "Pay With Debit or Credit Card" button at the bottom when you are redirected to Paypal.

• To use this option, upon reaching payment method, tick Cards, E-Wallets and Buy-Now-Pay-Later via Paymongo and “complete your order.” 

• You will be redirected to Paymongo's checkout page which includes the different payment methods to complete your purchase securely.

• Once redirected to a new page, you will see the total amount that will be deducted to your card. Kindly check if your email address and complete name are correct.

• Fill in your card number, expiry and CVC. Then click complete payment.

• You will be asked for an One-Time Pin sent to your verified mobile number by your bank. Once filled in, click proceed.

• Once payment is complete, click "Return to Merchant" to get your ORDER NUMBER PS####.

GCASH

• To use this option, upon reaching payment method, tick tick Cards, E-Wallets and Buy-Now-Pay-Later via Paymongo and “complete your order.” 

• You will be redirected to Paymongo's checkout page which includes the different payment methods to complete your purchase securely.

• Once redirected to a new page, you will see the total amount that will be deducted to your Gcash Account. Kindly check if your email address and complete name are correct then click "Authorize Payment"

• You will need to log in to your Gcash account by inputting your Gcash mobile number, then click Next.

• After that, you will need to Enter the Authentication Code sent to your mobile number. Then click Submit Code.
• Enter your MPIN. Then click Next.
• Once payment is complete, click "Return to Merchant" to get your ORDER NUMBER PS####.

• NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR EMBROIDERED/ CUSTOMISED/ PERSONALISED ORDERS. If you accidentally chose this method with a customised order, our team will reach out and ask for bank deposit before proceeding with the order.

• Not acceptable for provincial or international orders

• Not acceptable for Express Pick Up Method within Metro Manila unless you're personally picking it up or you're using Grab or Lalamove's "Pabili" service

• To use this option, choose "Cash on Delivery (COD)" as your mode of payment upon checkout.
• Kindly prepare the exact amount on your invoice.

• To use this option, choose "Bank Deposit" as your mode of payment upon checkout. You can transfer through online banking or over-the-counter. Any will do! 

• You have 24 hours/1 business day to deposit your payment either through online bank transfer or bank deposit. Failure to do so will result to cancellation. Once payment is made please email a photo or screenshot of your proof of payment to shop@privatestorey.com with your order number.
