This 4500 PHP electronic Gift Card can be scheduled to be sent to the recipient or your loved one on a specific date or sent immediately.
You will give them two gifts- a Private Storey product and the freedom to choose whatever their heart desires.
All eGift Cards are redeemable online only.
- Valid for 1 year upon receiving the electronic Gift Card Code
- The eGift Card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Once the balance reaches 0 PHP, then the Gift Card will no longer be usable.
Step 1: Add to cart!
Step 2: Upon checkout, use your (sender) email.
Step 3: You will receive an email which will indicate view gift card or schedule gift card.
Step 4: Click schedule gift card and add all the following information:
- Your name: You can also place Anonymous or your cute nickname for each other, etc.
- The Recipient's Email: Make sure this is the correct email.
- Schedule the Date & Time: You can either choose send now (Click "or send now" found in the lower right corner) or choose a specific date and time in the timezone in Asia/Manila, Philippines.
- Your Email: You will receive a confirmation email once you have scheduled it and you will receive another email when we have actually delivered the gift card. If you don't see our email, be sure to check your spam folder.
Step 5: Click "Schedule it" once and the page will reload.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we have received it, the product should be complete and not have stains, runs or any kind of damage. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Private Storey accepts returns of products for exchange of product such as design or size.
- We do not accept returns for refunds but we accept store credit.
- We will give you a code if once store credit is granted.
Note: We will issue store credit only for the value of the items returned. Shipping is non-refundable.
- We accept returns and exchanges worldwide within 15 days from the date you received your order. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
- For orders within the Philippines, we will only accept returns up to 7 business days from the date of receipt.
- Exchange requests outside of these grace periods will not be accepted except for extraordinary cases.
- Once we have received it, it will undergo investigation to check if quality qualifies for exchange of product.
- Private Storey will contact the customer after 3 working days of quality checking.
